Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons (like the holidays or big book events), it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated. Please Note: This does not include processing time, which may vary by item.

Because of the nature of surprise books and custom items, all sales are final, with the exception of apparel. Apparel can be exchanged for another size of the item. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
